- What is their return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer, unless they tell you to do so. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition a restocking fee may apply. They do not allow returns on the Honda or Duo-Fast products unless in original condition and packaging. They also do not allow returns on pressure washer pumps, gas powered products, and electrical parts.
- What forms of payment do they accept?
Their checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment. They do NOT accept prepaid cards or credit cards that are issued outside of the United States.
