Lisa Angel is the namesake and founder of the company she founded in 2004 after years in the fashion industry as a buyer for a major retailer. After her success working in the industry, she decided to take what she had learned to start her own online fashion retail company. She started the company with humble beginnings, even selling her car to get the capital to start. Since then, it has grown from a three-person company run out of her living room to having two retail locations and a globally significant online retail operation.
